AI-ENABLED OPERATIONS

PROJECT 01

Trading System

Governed research-to-recommendation pipeline over trusted point-in-time data, with immutable snapshots, candidate gates, and specialist plus master-level analysis. Dashboards and alert-only monitoring are in place today; automated execution is planned after the machine-learning phase is complete.

PROJECT 02

PRS / PDS

Defines plan generation and review, gated delivery execution, scope lock, evidence capture, handovers and closure. The current delivery plan has completed plan review but is not yet fully consolidated or owner-approved.

PROJECT 03

Directed Memory Retrieval System

Implements an offline, progressive, metadata-only retrieval controller with 24-hour, 3-day and 7-day expansion, conflict checks, context ceilings and abstention or escalation. Offline tests passed; live retrieval remains gated.

PROJECT 04

SEO / SGO

Research, technical SEO, content and SGO, implementation and integration phases are complete. The current build reports zero schema validation errors, a 25/25 SEO audit pass, mobile-responsive rendering and a 100% pass rate on evaluation scripts.

PROJECT 05

Jev Automation

Shadow-only observational comparison with A/B/C outcome tracking and no automatic activation or delegation. Production data tables are absent and no production action has been executed.

PROJECT 06

ModelGrid & ECC

ModelGrid provides a model catalog and dashboard with advisory delegation-policy integration; it preserves agent-owned defaults and fallbacks and never auto-pushes configuration. ECC is an English communication copilot with typed contracts, deterministic instruction construction, proxy and coordinator roles, a private session, an MCP service, a Tauri desktop UI and defined fallback behaviour.

A 48-page e-commerce site with a sales and product portal and task and operations tracking. AI agents support research, build, SEO/SGO, content, validation and the daily operating workflow.
